Karen has been in the nursing profession over 21 years. For the past 20 years she has worked with Dr. George Sanders in Encino California. As a Registered Nurse in the plastic surgery office, her background is extensive. As a Certified Facial Filler Specialist Karen administers facial fillers and Botox daily to numerous and famous clients. For the past 10 years Karen has been training MD's, RN's, and PA's all over Southern California in the Art of Facial Filler Implantation and Botox injections and is endorsed as a trainer by INAMED CORP, MEDICIS AESTHETICS, and ALLERGAN Corp.
Over the years she has been named to Who’s Who in American Nursing, Who’s Who in Human Service Professionals, Marquis’ Who’s Who in the West, 2000 American Notable Women, Presidential Seal of Honor M & D in Nursing Science, Fellow of American Biographical Institute, was named to the “Woman of the Year in American Nursing” in 2002, and named to all of the above from 1997-2006.

Among her other achievements Nurse Karen is trained in and administers various laser treatments and facial peels, and was trained in the Obagi Blue Peel by its creator Dr. Zein Obagi in Beverly Hills.
